The order must be made only on the web. Orders by fax / phone / mail will not be considered.

The user (reseller) will create an account and forward it to the mail address info@supreme.sm copy of the operating license.

The management will evaluate the documentation and will reserve the right to enable the portal to buy or not.

Only "available" products can be purchased. No pre-order service is provided. It is not possible to provide the arrival time of the missing goods. The minimum order is 150 € for Italy and 500 € for Europe.

Prices of items are to be considered net of VAT.

It is possible to pay the order only with Bank Transfer.

The order is not included in shipping costs.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and volume of the goods. You will receive a proforma with the shipping and customs cost.

You will also receive bank details by email.

At this point you can pay for the order.

When payment arrives to us, we will send the goods (Express courier).

Recommended Checks to be made at the time of receipt of the goods:

• The number of packages delivered must match the one shown in the shipping document.
• The product, indicated in the package, must correspond to the one indicated in the shipping document.
• The packaging must be intact, not damaged / wet / damaged.
• The invoice, contained within the marked neck, must be kept.
• Failure to match the number of packages or indications, loss or damage, must be immediately contested to the carrier.

Risk and property:

The goods are shipped ex works. Therefore all risks inherent in the transport shall be borne by the customer. It is advisable to always check the integrity and packaging at the time of receipt of the goods.
